Shared Strategy for Advancing Recreation in Nova Scotia Implementation Team

We would like to share this update of the work being done on the Shared Strategy:

There is an implementation plan for the Shared Strategy and it needs to be led by a key group of folks from the recreation sector.  As you can see in the attached Terms of Reference, we’ve identified what the composition should look like as well as skills we think the group should have.  An electronic copy of the Shared Strategy can be found here:

For those of you who are interested, we’d like you to submit an expression of interest.  Please indicate which category(ies) within the composition you would fall under.  Please write a maximum of 100 words why you would be a good fit on this team and which relevant skills you possess as they relate to the shared strategy and its five goals.  You may optionally send in your resume in addition if you wish.  Please feel free to share this opportunity with relevant individuals, but have them do the submitting themselves (please do not nominate).  Everyone who submits this expression of interest will receive a phone call from our selection team to ensure all information needed to make decisions is received.  This selection team has identified a matrix to slot individuals into so that we end up with the team that represents the sector in a unique and diverse manner.
